But, before I go any further, let me introduce myself. My name is Kelli and I love the color pink, I love celebrity gossip, I love hott boys, I love successful boys, I love boys who are going to be successful, and I love pretty and sparkly things. But, even though I love all these things I am not shallow I believe that there is more to life then just the above mentioned things but, what girl can resist them? ;-)
Okay, now back to my story. So, the reason that I started to think about boys is because in the movie the main character Kate, changes from her sweet temperament to this totally different person. Now, sweet Kate was never noticed but Kate who was just not interested in John, was mean to him, had the "I don't care" attitude, waited three seconds before talking to him was definitely noticed.
So, I guess what I was thinking was "Do guys like girls who seem not interested in them? And why? Why don't guys just want girls to be straight forward with them . Tell them how they really feel about them." I am more of a straight forward kind of girl myself. And, I guess that really doesn't go over so well all the time.
Tell me your thoughts on this issue at hand.
Thank you for reading my very first blog. Yea! Be prepared for more interesting things to come because my life is def very interesting. And make sure you comment! :-)
Love you! Byee!
Here's what I know about guys... (Waaaiiitt for it...) Ok, seriously though, guys are pretty much all predictable, and the bad thing is, girls already know this but question the matter any way. Guys want to feel capable and girl want to feel worthy. If you can make a guy feel capable of even being able to fly to the moon without a spaceship than he will follow you like a puppy dog, become very needy, start to manipulate, and depend on you for his happiness. Was that quite cynical?
ReplyDeleteMy sincere advice is to know boy and girls are different, and in the true wisdom of my mother "DO YOU". When something is real and meant to be, it will, but until then (if you're looking) do you.
Ciao Y'all
I would swear that there are only two extremes that boys are a part of when it comes to love.....they either do not want to get married, or they are on a mission to find a wife as quickly at possible. God willing that they turn 30 and they still haven't found a wife. This might sound a little bitter. Quite the contrary actually I am really enjoying dating lots of guys for the first time in my life. I just get a little (actually a very) turned off when a guy tells me on our second date that he is "searching for wife."
ReplyDeleteI'm 22 years old and I think that you should be allowed to date more than one guy at a time. I believe that once I meet someone that I like so much that I can't imagine spending time with someone else; then I have met someone special.
Now, when it comes to ME acting like puppy dog and following boys around....that never happens and never will. I am very particular....okay picky about the men I choose to be in a relationship with. I don't usually turn down a date unless I know the guy well enough to know that I wouldn't even consider dating him. You know what you call a guy that follows a girl around like a sick puppy? A sissy boy. I don't date those. So what do I say to all of those men out there who have not learned how to open their mouths and lead like REAL men......GROW UP. Okay, that's I have to say.
